Breaking the Technology Trance

Do you ever get the feeling you’ve fallen down a virtual rabbit hole? Is it possible your screen time is impairing your time management, concentration, stress levels, and relationships?

In this workshop we will explore the following questions: What is happening in the brain with technology use? Are we addicted? How is it impacting us? And what can we do about it?

Finally, we will explore how mindfulness can help us leave the trance of technology so we are purposeful and deliberate users.
